My relationships with my loved ones and friends have helped shape who I have become. Through the years my loved ones and friends have supported me through all the ups and downs of life. Each experience has provided me with opportunities to learn, grow, and gain new perspectives. My relationships with loved ones and friends have provided me with opportunities to build self- confidence and to apply my knowledge to my professional life. This has allowed me to grow as a professional and to support children and families in a positive manner.
I have a wonderful man who has been in my life for over three years. He treats me the way I deserve to be treated.

I have to agree with you that relationships need communication, respect, and trust to be able to flourish. I agree that healthy relationships can also help you develop as a person. We all could use a great support system through ups and downs, as you discuss in your blog.
ReplyDeleteHI Rhonda
ReplyDeleteI agree that healthy relationships help individuals develop as a person. It is because of the multitude of healthy relationships that have that i have grown into the person i am today and for that i will always be thankful to the persons in my life. I also like your quote on respect. I believe that mutual respect is definitely a requirement for relationships to flourish. However, it must begin with self respect because it is only when we can respect ourselves as individuals that we will be able to respect others.
Rhonda,
ReplyDeleteI agree one of the most important components of a relationship is communication. If a relationship does not have the components that you mentioned above it most certainly will not be a successful relationship. I loved your quote about the many roles that friends hold. Friends serve so many essential roles in your life, some that you don't even notice until you look back on it,
